OK, I know, I’m more than a little behind.  I went on temporary hiatus for a little more than a week, but that’s changing right now.

Planet Hulk #3 continues the story of Doc Green and the gladiator version of Steve Rogers as they trek across the barren deserts of Battleworld’s Greenland.  Sam Humphries and Marc Laming continue to tell a solid story in this series.  There’s action, there’s tension, and toward the end, there’s even a little bit of fear and dread.  I don’t feel like this issue is quite as good as the first two, mainly because there’s more walking and talking in this than there has been in the previous issues, but it still keeps things moving at a pretty good pace.  And that continues to keep this book at the top of my Secret Wars reading pile.

The Verdict for Planet Hulk #3:
4/5 – I can dig it.

Until next time,
Stay nerdy, my friends.

Upcoming reviews:
March of the Crabs, Volume 1: The Crabby Condition
Old Man Logan #3 (Secret Wars Tie-In)
Weirdworld #2 (Secret Wars Tie-In)
