Ok, this is it.  I’ll finally be caught up to last week.  Here we go.

In issue #3 of Bendis and Sorrentino’s Old Man Logan, the older, more grizzled Wolverine finds himself in the Domain of Apocalypse, where he was so unceremoniously dumped in the last issue.  As has been shown many times throughout the Secret Wars event, border jumping is not taken lightly, and there are severe consequences for this trespassing.  The story in this series seems to be wandering a little bit.  By the end of this issue, Logan sees his fourth territory on Battleworld, but as of yet, he hasn’t had any real meaningful experiences in any of them except his own.  I would have loved to see him stay where he started and explore that world more, but it looks like that’s not going to happen, and that’s kind of disappointing.  Sorrentino’s beautiful artwork continues to be the high point of this series.

The Verdict for Old Man Logan #3:
3/5 – Meh…

Until next time,
Stay nerdy, my friends.
